  • The Advocates who want to be Panel Advocates in Banks must have a great knowledge of the Banking Laws & other Commercial Laws.
  • For Being a Panel Lawyer the Level of Expert for different Banks has preferred different banks, the Basic minimum Experience is 5 years, the Maximum is up to 15 years.

Jurisdiction of The Panel Advocates

  • A panel Consists of different Lawyers, they are working in different jurisdictions,
  • Some Lawyers are Handling the Supreme Court (SC) Cases
  • Other Lawyers are Taking over of The High Court (HC) Cases.
  • Some Other Expert Lawyers are working with the DRTs, Consumer Forums, State Consumer Commissions, Civil Courts, Criminal Courts, and Tribunals.
